Courses laid in a staggered (running bond) pattern with 1-1.5 cm joints.
Grout with light-colored mortar, flush or recessed depending on the style.
💡 Pro tip: the joint defines the style: flush and light for a Nordic loft, recessed and grey for an industrial warehouse. Make a 1 m² sample with both before deciding.
