Fit the pieces together alternating sizes, with a 1.5 cm joint.
Grout with light-colored mortar, well pointed: the wide joint is part of the style.
💡 Professional tip: in the farmhouse style the joint takes center stage: point it generously and in an off-white tone, almost like whitewash between the stones, and the wall will gain all the light of the south.
