SikaEmaco T 1200 PG is a polymer-modified cementitious repair mortar that offers high adhesion, strength and durability. Its mixture facilitates application, guarantees controlled curing and maintains performance against humidity, freeze-thaw cycles and adverse environmental conditions.
Apps and features
Use in repair and restoration of concrete elements exposed to loads and wear: beams, columns, slabs, walls and prefabricated elements.
Cementitious composition modified with polymers to improve adhesion, cohesion and durability against humidity.
Preparation and use: mix with clean water until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, apply by trowel or pour in moderate thicknesses for controlled patching.
Mechanical properties: high compression resistance and good adhesion to existing concrete, compatible with subsequent sealing and curing.
Curing and compatibility: compatible with common curing systems and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, with good resistance to outdoor atmospheres and frost cycles.
Performance: Facilitates long-lasting repairs that restore the structural capacity and aesthetic stability of repaired surfaces.
