SikaHyflex®-250 Facade Main benefits
SikaHyflex®-250 Facade is a one-component polyurethane joint sealant designed for a long-lasting seal on concrete, masonry and EIFS facades. It offers high elasticity, excellent adhesion to porous substrates and controlled hardening to tolerate structural movements without cracking. Its formulation provides resistance to UV, weathering and aging, ensuring reliable protection of the joints over time.
