SikaLastomer®-831 Main benefits
SikaLastomer-831 is a high resilience elastomeric sealant designed for waterproofing and sealing on construction substrates. It offers long-lasting adhesion, excellent elasticity and resistance to environmental conditions, guaranteeing tight and long-lasting seals in roof joints, roofs and façade elements. Its formulation facilitates uniform application, fast curing and low odor, with adequate compatibility in existing waterproofing systems.

Key properties: high elasticity, good elastic recovery, stable curing and resistance to temperature changes.
Adhesion and compatibility: effective adhesion to common substrates such as concrete, mortars, metal and certain plastics, without the need for priming in many cases.
