Three-phase 500 L compressor, 14 bar - high pressure in two stages

Three-phase 500-liter, 14 bar compressor

The top of the range in high pressure: 14 bar on a 500-liter tank, with a high-performance two-stage pump head running at just 800 rpm.

It is designed for installations where network pressure has to stay above normal and can never drop: presses, test benches, assembly tooling and process machines. The 500 liters of reserve are what ensure that a large momentary demand does not bring down the pressure throughout the plant.

✅ Main advantages

  • 14 bar of pressure with 500 liters of reserve behind it.
  • Only 800 rpm: large, slow pump head, designed to last for decades.
  • Two-stage with intermediate cooling.
  • Two motor options: 7.5 HP with 582 L/min or 10 HP with 857 L/min.
  • Star-delta starting in the 10 HP version, which reduces the current surge.

🏗️ What it is for

  • High-pressure air networks in industrial plants.
  • Pneumatic presses and assembly tooling.
  • Test benches and leak testing.
  • Workshops for heavy machinery and truck tires.

📋 Technical data sheet

  • Maximum pressure: 14 bar
  • Flow rate: 582 L/min (7.5 HP) or 857 L/min (10 HP)
  • Speed: 800 rpm
  • Tank capacity: 500 liters
  • Transmission: belt-driven
  • Compression: two-stage
  • Pump head: high-performance
  • Starting: star-delta in the 10 HP version

💡 Professional tip: the most expensive mistake in a 14 bar installation is distributing that pressure throughout the entire plant. It is unnecessary and costly: every extra bar increases electricity consumption by around 7%. Distribute at the pressure most of your machines require and install a local regulator only at the point that needs the 14 bar. You will notice it on the electricity bill from the first month.
