Tubular Channel with Grating UCAN Vetonek Tubular channel Ø110 mm with integrated grate , a linear drainage system that is quick to install: it is placed on a concrete bed, connected to the drain pipe, and the modules are joined together by male-female interlocking. Load class C250 , suitable for vehicle traffic areas. Available in gray and black; the replacement grate is sold separately.
Installation
Calculate the trench according to the dimensions of the element and the thickness of the concrete bed.
Prepare the base with a layer of concrete (3 parts sand, 1 part cement, 0.5 water; gravel max. 15 mm) and let it set for at least 1 hour.
Place the assembly on the base and connect it to the drainage pipe.
If the line requires more than one element, connect them by male-female interlocking, properly aligned.
Concrete the trench in layers, leveling the channel and preventing concrete from getting inside it.
Finish with the paving; the area will be ready after 72 hours.
