Más información sobre Lattices

Vetonek's concrete breeze blocks (concrete lattices) are openwork blocks and pieces for building garden walls, fences and privacy screens outdoors, filtering the view while letting air and light through.

Types of concrete breeze blocks

How to choose a breeze block

  • Pick the pattern and format according to the use: openwork wall, screen between pillars or openwork facing.
  • Check each model's product sheet for thickness, weight and pieces per m².
  • The wall models are mostly white concrete for outdoor use.
  • A screen is not a structural element on its own: pillars, reinforcement and panel height are for the project technician to define.
  • Add the finishing pieces and calculate by m² with a margin for cuts.

If you need to enclose a whole plot, see also concrete fences and enclosures. More detail in our guide to concrete breeze blocks: types, sizes and installation and in the concrete blocks buying guide for walls and fences.

Frequently asked questions

What is a concrete breeze block?

It is an openwork concrete piece with a pattern that, laid in courses, forms a panel that filters the view and lets air and light through. It is used outdoors for fences, walls and dividers.

What is a breeze block used for in the garden?

It gives privacy without a solid wall, separates areas such as the pool or terrace, and hides washing lines, bins or air-conditioning units. It is also used for decorative walls and plot fences.

Is a breeze block a structural element?

Not on its own: the product sheets say it is installed between pillars and does not replace a structural enclosure. The project technician must define pillars, reinforcement and panel height.

Which finishing piece do I need?

The guide piece for screens works as the starter and the cap of the panel. There are versions according to the screen thickness, so measure the real thickness before choosing.

What is the difference between a wall screen and a ground screen?

A wall screen is stacked vertically to enclose or decorate; a ground screen, like Pavicésped, is laid flat with openings filled with grass or gravel so water can drain.
